Why buy from BATT? We are Auckland based and available for all your after service needs. The E-scooters require fine tuning when they come out of the box, including disk brake and handlebar adjustment and we take time and care to ensure all E-Scooters sold by Batt are optimally set up and ready to go making E-scooter ownership hassle & risk free.
Does the E-scooter have a warranty ? Yes, the e-Scooter comes with a 1 year warranty and we are able to fix most issues. We stock spare parts so as long as no major mechanical damage has been done to the e-scooter we can fix the majority of issues in-house. Warranty & return policy found here.
Do you have spare parts? Batt stocks the majority of spare parts and can easily source them if we are out of stock.
How do I get the M365 to start? In order to engage the electric engine you first need to manually get the e-scooter going 5km/h, give the e-scooter two manual pushes with you foot (as you would a normal scooter) THEN engage the throttle.
Can the M365 be riden in the rain? The E-Scooter is splash resistance meaning it can sustain rainfall, however it is not a submarine so do not ride through puddles deeper than 2 cm.
Which App to use? Download the "Segway-Ninebot" app and pair via bluetooth with your scooter.
In the app, please leave Energy Recovery Strength on WEAK, if your e-scooter is braking strongly when you take your hand off the throttle and when going downhill, just connect to app and check that the Energy Recovery Strength is on weak.
Why is my E-Scooter going slow? First check that the e-scooter is not in Eco mode. The e-scooter has two modes: Normal (all lights are white) and Economy (the bottom light is green). If the e-scooter is in economy mode then the acceleration and top speed will be slower. To change into or out of Economy mode, press the power button twice. If your e-scooter is still slow, check that the tyre have not deflated. Tyre pressure should be at 40psi.
